Role- Workday Functional Test AnalystLocation- Remote (looking for India talent with overlap with ESTREQUIRED SKILLSRequirements:• Minimum 3 years of Workday experience• Strong understanding of business processes• Experience with end-to-end testingQUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 3+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or similar role.- Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Workday Test Framework, Smartsheet or third-party testing platforms).- Strong understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.PREFERRED SKILLS- Workday Pro Certification or equivalent Workday training.- Experience with Workday Reporting (Custom Reports, Calculated Fields).- Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
