3.Working as per Approved Batch Manufacturing Record.

4.Ensure Machine Safety feature in working condition& follow all safety instructions.

5.Execution of Production as per plan, Validation of machine, product and cleaning validation.

6.Responsible for Operation & cleaning of machine

7.Responsible for Machine preventive maintenance

8.Responsible for to maintain the Machine and Accessories

9.In case of Machine breakdown, Co-operate with Maintenance team.

10.Responsible for personal Hygiene and Factory Discipline.

11.In absence of operator, responsible designee will take responsibility of activity.

12.Operator is responsible for maintain cGMP culture on shop floor.

13.Maintain the Capsule filling machine related accessories properly.

14.Machine Operator is responsible for to report all queries about product and machine to production Officer and as well as to maintenance department.

15.He is responsible for consistently maintain the quality of product.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in capsule filling operations or related field (pharmaceutical industry).
  • Strong understanding of capsule filling processes, including material handling, processing, packaging, labeling, and inspection.
  • Ability to operate complex machinery such as capsule fillers, coaters, compressors etc.
