Job Title: HubSpot / WordPress CMS Developer

Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST
Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days in office per week)
Location: Pune
Budget: Up to ₹1.2 Lakhs per Month (₹14.4 LPA)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled HubSpot/WordPress CMS Developer to manage, develop, and optimize marketing and content-driven websites. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating custom themes, managing CMS workflows, and working closely with marketing teams to implement dynamic, user-friendly web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage websites and landing pages using HubSpot CMS and WordPress.
  • Customize themes, templates, and modules to align with brand and UX requirements.
  • Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Optimize web performance, SEO, and site accessibility.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and backend developers for seamless integration.
  • Maintain CMS documentation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Stay updated on CMS and front-end best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in HubSpot CMS development, including custom modules and templates.
  • Strong WordPress development skills (themes, plugins, custom post types).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
  • Experience with marketing automation, email templates, and forms within HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, and performance tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot CMS certification or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and CRM integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, or version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹120,000.00 per month
