  • je implementeert en beheert robuuste security-protocollen, inclusief het patch management, om te verzekeren dat de omgeving up-to-date is en blijft;
  • je definieert de globale infrastructuur-standaarden. Je documenteert en onderhoudt alle processen rond IT-infrastructuur, inclusief het disaster recovery plan;
  • je onderhoudt een goede relatie met afdelingshoofden en key users binnen de verschillende vestigingen en stemt met hen de prioriteiten af;
  • je begeleidt grotere projecten binnen het infra-domein;
  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor de mensen binnen de servicedesk en de IT system engineers en je ondersteunt hen in hun verdere ontwikkeling;
  • je bent verantwoordelijk voor third-party vendor management wat IT-infrastructuur, materiaal en services betreft, en beheert deze binnen het vooropgestelde budget.

Vereisten
  • je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een Master - op Bachelordiploma; 
  • je hebt een eerste, gedegen ervaring achter de rug in IT-infrastructuur;
  • je hebt een diepe kennis van networking, firewalls, switching, Azure data centers, VMware, AzureAD & security, Digital workspace Office 365, scripting, storage and backup solutions;
  • je beschikt over goede leiderschap- en communicatievaardigheden;
  • naast het Nederlands, heb je een vlotte kennis van het Engels.
