Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in New Delhi. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for payroll administration, managing garnishments, providing payroll services, handling payroll taxes, and overseeing payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:Accurately process payroll for employees of our organisation.Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.Manage payroll schedules and calendars.2.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.Prepare and submit necessary reports and documentation to relevant authorities.Handle audits and inquiries related to payroll.3. Employee Records Management:Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in payroll status.Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll information.4. Benefits Administration:Coordinate and manage employee benefits, including leave, insurance etcHandle employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.5.System Management:Utilise payroll software to input and manage payroll data.Ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll systems and data.6.Communication:Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related matters.

QualificationsExperience in payroll administration, payroll services, and payroll processingKnowledge of garnishments and payroll taxesStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityProficiency in payroll software and Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsCertification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
