About the Role:
Position: Parent Relationship Manager
Location: Ameenpur, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enrollments by promoting the school in the best possible way to new parents.
Coordinate school tours for parents and visitors as required.
Develop communication channels, such as newsletters, and ensure the school parent population is fully aware of schools activities.
Coordinate parent/community events in order to engage parents in school activities and celebrations.
Support the school’s parent engagement activities.
Person Requirement:
Post Graduate Degree preferred.
Relationship management experience – an effective communicator at different levels, both orally and in writing.
Interpersonal skills, able to operate in a multi-cultural environment.
Previous experience in a Marketing / Communications role will be beneficial.
Solid time management skills, the ability to multi-task and cope with peaks of demand.
Computer literate.
A minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role.
