WHAT YOU WILL DO:

YOUR AREA OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE:



Role: Senior Executive - Travel

Responsibilities:

  • Proven track of Travel related activities
  • Consult with Senior Team members to provide guidance on all travel and allied services to drive a high performance culture
  • Support the performance and Travel Management cycle by partnering with leaders in a proactive manner.
  • Be a champion of Travel Management process changes. Analyze processes, data and trends to make recommendations to management team for continuous improvement
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve Customer experience, build relationships with vendors to increase productivity.

Skills And Experiences

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience of Travel Management /Visa Services/Forex/Travel Insurance
  • Independently handling Travel related activities.
  • Track and report effectiveness and productivity of all Travel department initiatives
  • Abilities to manage travel and allied services including execution skills and end to end process improvement
  • Ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations to address root cause
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive working relationships

Education and Experience:

  • MBA or similar
  • Ability to manage senior management stakeholders
  • Proven Travel management skills
  • Excellent Oral, written communication skills as to engage with Global workforce
  • High impact presentation skills and good excel working experience
  • Ability to manage & execute Travel management services
  • Demonstrable experience with Travel metrics
  • Full understanding of all Travel functions
