Job Description
Comex 2000 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Administrator to join our Other Morpheus
team in Livingston.

In this role you will be tasked with providing administrative support at our Livingston depot across several contracts. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative requirements to ensure they are carried out diligently and accurately. A professional and confidential manner will be required at all times.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Answering calls and liaising with colleagues

· Managing, reviewing, and maintaining organised filing and office systems

· Supporting colleagues as and when required with administrative tasks

· Assisting colleagues and co-workers with ad hoc duties as directed by their manager

· Diary management

· Responsible for own health and safety and adhering to company policy and procedures

· Responsible for ongoing personal development to assist the business

· Ad hoc admin as required; Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

· Raising purchase orders

· Ordering stationery

· Administration of motoring offence fines

· Organising travel including accommodation bookings, travel (ferry, flights, trains etc) in the UK and abroad

· Preparing travel itineraries

Requirements

· Previous experience in the Telecoms/Civils industry preferred

· Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft packages incl Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Organised and proactive approach to work

· Ability to work in a strong team environment

· Excellent communication skills

· Uses own initiative to develop ideas and practices

· Excellent time-management skills

· Flexible approach and positive attitude to work

· Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality is key
