About the Role: We're looking for an experienced professional in Analytics + Data Science / AI to drive our data strategy and insights roadmap. You'll define scalable data science solutions and ensure that analytics and models directly impact key business decisions. You will also mentor and guide a growing team of data professionals. Responsibilities: - Build and deploy ML/AI models for forecasting, prediction, and optimization. - Design analytical frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes. - Partner with Product, Growth, Category, and Marketing teams to identify and execute high-impact use cases. - Drive automation, experimentation, and advanced analytics adoption across teams. - Ensure strong data quality, consistency, and governance. -Mentor a team of Analytics + DS/AI professionals and foster a culture of learning and innovation. Requirements: - 7-8 years of experience in Analytics + DS/AI roles. - Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. - Proven track record in machine learning and AI model development. - Exposure to Airflow, Git, and/or data pipeline tools - Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. -Team handling or mentorship experience will be an added advantage. - GenAI / LLM experience is a strong plus.
