You'll define scalable data science solutions and ensure that analytics and models directly impact key business decisions. You will also mentor and guide a growing team of data professionals.Responsibilities:- Build and deploy ML/AI models for forecasting, prediction, and optimization.- Design analytical frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes.- Partner with Product, Growth, Category, and Marketing teams to identify and execute high-impact use cases.- Drive automation, experimentation, and advanced analytics adoption across teams.- Ensure strong data quality, consistency, and governance.-Mentor a team of Analytics + DS/AI professionals and foster a culture of learning and innovation.Requirements:- 7-8 years of experience in Analytics + DS/AI roles.- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.- Proven track record in machine learning and AI model development.- Exposure to Airflow, Git, and/or data pipeline tools- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy.- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.-Team handling or mentorship experience will be an added advantage.- GenAI / LLM experience is a strong plus.
