The company enables organizations to enhance efficiency, solve complex challenges, and drive digital transformation.Job Description: Data Science & AI LeadLocation: BengaluruExperience: 7+ YearsQualification: B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in CS, Data Science, or related domainAbout the role: Responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify data sources, and develop scalable and robust data science architectures.Responsibilities:Develop and manage the strategic data science and AI roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectivesLead a team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI/ML specialistsOversee the design, development, and deployment of data science and AI/ML models and applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, product) to identify and prioritize data-driven initiativesDefine and implement robust data governance, quality, and security practicesEnsure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science and AI/ML solutionsAnalyze and interpret complex data to uncover insights and recommend data-driven strategiesCommunicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levelsStay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data science and AIMentor and develop the data science and AI/ML team membersContinuously improve data science and AI/ML processes and methodologiesRequirements:7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven track record of successfully delivering data-driven projects and solutionsProficient in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniquesHands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data science/AI tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)Strong understanding of cloud computing, data engineering, and software development lifecyclesExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing prioritiesIndustry certifications in data science, machine learning, or AI/GenAI (e.g., AWS Certified Data Scientist, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer)Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or other specialized AI domainsExperience in product development, project management, or business consulting
