Role Overview
The Vice President (VP) of TOVO will be instrumental in driving the company’s operational excellence and expansion, with a specific focus on scaling our patented Infused Chicken offerings globally. This role requires a leader who is passionate about sustainable food innovation, operational efficiency, and global brand expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP will be a critical member of the executive team, steering the company towards achieving its goal of 100 locations by 2026 while maintaining the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Operations and Scaling:
To Lead the operational strategy to scale TOVO’s patented Infused Chicken technology across existing and new markets, ensuring operational excellence, quality control, and consistency.
Develop and implement scalable processes and systems to support rapid global expansion while maintaining our commitment to sustainability and ethical practices.
Global Expansion and Market Penetration:
Spearheaded the global expansion strategy, identifying strategic locations for new TOVO outlets, with a focus on market penetration and brand visibility.
Oversee the development and execution of launch plans for new markets, ensuring alignment with TOVO’s brand values and operational standards.
Supply Chain and Sustainability Initiatives:
Manage a sustainable supply chain that supports the production of TOVO’s patented Infused Chicken, including sourcing ethical and environmentally friendly ingredients.
Innovate and implement practices that enhance sustainability across all operations, from farm to table, including waste reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Leadership and Team Development:
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team capable of supporting TOVO’s growth and operational demands.
Cultivate a culture of innovation, sustainability, and excellence, aligning team efforts with the company’s strategic goals.
Financial Management and Performance Optimization:
Work closely with the CFO to monitor financial performance, optimize operational costs, and ensure resources are efficiently allocated to support growth and profitability.
Implement data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall brand performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior operational role within the QSR or food service industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position overseeing multiple locations.
Proven track record of successful operational scaling and management of a global brand, preferably with experience in food innovation or sustainable food practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards achieving ambitious goals.
Deep understanding of global market dynamics, supply chain management, and sustainability initiatives within the food industry.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Willingness to travel internationally to oversee operations and expansion efforts.
