You will work closely with business stakeholders, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery aligned with best practices.Key Responsibilities• Lead ServiceNow solution design and development for ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or custom applications• Configure and customize ServiceNow components, workflows, business rules, scripts, integrations, and UI policies• Develop and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware• Implement automation, performance tuning, and improve platform reliability• Drive code reviews, documentation, impact analysis, and governance standards• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities• Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical leadershipRequirements• 7–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server scripting• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, flows, and security• Experience in end-to-end implementations and integrations• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, CSM, etc.) preferredLocation:RemoteNotice Period:Immediate to 15 days preferredInterested candidates can apply or share profiles at
