The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development along with a solid background in Asset Management and CMDB best practices.Key Responsibilities:Develop, enhance, and maintain CMDB components within the ServiceNow platformSupport data modeling, CI class creation, and CMDB structure improvementsIntegrate asset and configuration data from various sourcesAssist with CMDB cleanup, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality initiativesWork closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutionsTroubleshoot ServiceNow CMDB issues and support ongoing maintenanceEnsure alignment with ITIL and configuration management best practicesRequired Skills & Experience:3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experienceStrong background in Asset Management and CMDB administrationExperience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle processesFamiliarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideScript)Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills
