Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer (Contract – Remote, U.S. Hours) Contract Duration: 6 Months Location: Remote (Must be available during U.S. business hours) Overview: We are seeking two experienced ServiceNow Developers to support a major CMDB development and refresh initiative. The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development along with a solid background in Asset Management and CMDB best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain CMDB components within the ServiceNow platform Support data modeling, CI class creation, and CMDB structure improvements Integrate asset and configuration data from various sources Assist with CMDB cleanup, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality initiatives Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions Troubleshoot ServiceNow CMDB issues and support ongoing maintenance Ensure alignment with ITIL and configuration management best practices Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience Strong background in Asset Management and CMDB administration Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CI lifecycle processes Familiarity with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, GlideScript) Ability to work independently and deliver in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills
