Roles and Responsibilities:

▪ Manage and Ownership of P&L of the Lease business for Pan India

▪ Ident ifying market potential and Creating business plans and strategies to enhance business growth across regions

▪ Continuously look for new opportunities to grow the lease business in new regions and adequately staff people at locations for business execution and future growth

▪ Identify retain and nurture talent in the business function, build a good relationship with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

▪ Analyzing and gathering info rmation a bout the market competitor and formulat counter strategies, monitor business and collection performance of the teams in locations

▪ Improving awareness of the product and services among customers and prospects in the market.

▪ Enhance current products based on market dynamics and competitor strategies based on company policies.

▪ Ensure compliance with regulators legal guidelines and also follow up on their updates .

▪ Identify opportunities for cross sell and work with ot her stakeholders to offer it our customers

Candidate Requirement:

20 y ea rs in the finance sector with minimum 10 years in lea di ng business function in leasing business
