Responsibilities :

- Gains a deep understanding of client needs, analyzes best practices, and plays an integral part in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.

- Being responsible for development, quality delivery, deployment and support of CRM platform and related applications.

- Work cooperatively in a team environment.

- Remain flexible on changing workloads.

Implementation and Support :

- Supports, and manages aspects of business applications implementations.

- Supports Technical Leads, Developers and QA by providing technical functional clarifications and setting expectations with team and client.

- Monitors project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities

- Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver solutions.

- Responsible for collaboration with client teams to understand the business requirements and translate it to solutions ensuring that design is in line with the business requirements.

- Be involved in analysis and design phases of a project, participate in application design sessions and make solution recommendations.

- Deep knowledge of D365 CRM modules, Power Platform, and Azure.

- Strong understanding of when to use native features and when it is appropriate to use custom development.

- Deep understanding of Integration & Data Migration methods/tools within D365

- Deep knowledge of configuring, customizing and extending CRM applications

Project Management :

- Partner with Scrum Master to resolve and escalate impediments, manage risks, assure value delivery and drive program level continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master being responsible for overall application, project delivery as well as timely application support.

People responsibilities :

- Coach, mentor developers and quality analysts ensuring they are modeling the best practices and producing high quality results.

- Foster teamwork and lead by example.

- Building a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications :

- BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience

- Minimum 12+ years of MS Dynamics CRM, Azure & .NET implementation experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience managing direct reports or leading developers, QAs.

- Experience and understanding of Dynamics CRM Sales, Service and Marketing workflows

- Experience in migrating applications from legacy to D365 CRM

- Agile practitioner mindset with an understanding of common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development practices.

- Demonstrated track record of successful ability to manage large and complex software implementations.

- Proficient in Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, CI/CD pipelines, Solution deployments

- Experience in Configuring D365 CRM to align with the Organization structure and processes.

- This includes configuring security roles, business units, users and system settings.

- Experience in Customizing D365 CRM to meet specific business requirements.

- This may include creating custom entities, fields, forms, views, business processes, web resources ribbon/sitemap.

- Experience in Automating D365 CRM workflows, business rules, plugins to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.

- Experience in Extending D365 CRM with PCF controls, xRM toolkit, SDK, client-side JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS

- Experience in Power Apps development with Model Drive Apps and Canvas Apps

- Experience in Integrating D365 CRM with internal systems Business Central, legacy applications and external systems SQUARE payment, DocuSign, Mailchimp.

- Experience in Data migration using SSIS Kingsway Soft, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake

- Experience with advanced web development technologies like MVC, REST, JSON, OData, GraphQL, DDD, CQRS, Service-oriented, and Microservices Architecture.

- Preferably from .NET/SharePoint Development background in the early years of career, developing web applications with C#, ASP.net MVC, Web API, ADO.net EF, SQL Server

- Microsoft certifications is a plus MB-910, MB-210, PL-400, PL-600, AZ-204, AZ-305

- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
