Responsibilities :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.

- Design and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Develop custom Plugins and workflows to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications as needed.

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Provide support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.

- Stay current with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and customization capabilities.

- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 forms, views, workflows, and business rules.

- Experience developing custom Plugins using C#.

- Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).

- Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Azure, or Office 365.

- Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
