Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located in Delhi, Tamilnadu, Bagaluru, Kolkata. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include presenting and promoting loyalty and rewards programs to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves market research and staying updated with industry trends.
Qualifications
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
- Experience in market research and an understanding of industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in loyalty and rewards management or related industry is a plus
