Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our market presence in Maharashtra.Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in the road construction industry.Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.Monitor and report on regional sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the road construction equipment industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.Strong knowledge of the Maharashtra market and established network within the region.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
