Mandatory Required Qualifications


• Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Transfer pricing policy development


• International tax planning and compliance


• Operational transfer pricing management


• Intercompany transaction analysis


• Value chain analysis and transformation


• Financial modeling and data analytics


• Cross-border M&A structuring


• 8-14 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing or international tax


• Proven track record in managing tax audits and controversy


• Ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams

Responsibilities


• Lead the development and implementation of global transfer pricing strategies to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.


• Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and reports for multiple jurisdictions.


• Advise senior management on transfer pricing risks, opportunities, and the impact of regulatory changes.


• Coordinate and manage transfer pricing audits and inquiries from tax authorities worldwide.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to align transfer pricing policies with business objectives.


• Monitor and analyze global transfer pricing trends, providing actionable insights to optimize tax positions.


• Train and mentor internal teams on transfer pricing concepts, compliance requirements, and best practices.
