Responsibilities:
 Support the Design and Architecture of the Intune (MDM) platform for large environments
 Keep Intune devices UpToDate with Drivers and patches using Windows update for business
 Configure and manage Cloud Laps, Bitlocker and device compliance
 Create PowerShell script for device remediation
 Build Apps both Win32 and Intune format with detection methods
 Maintain, manage, update, and support of MDM connected devices
 Maintain N-1 OS currency and compliance, including user acceptance testing
 Troubleshoot device related issues, end to end, including backend application & systems
 Create and maintain master documentation repository, runbooks, operating manuals, end-user
documentation including updates to disaster recovery and business continuity plans
 Maintain the physical asset inventory
 Working with Graph API to generate SQL and PowerBI reports
 Driver certification for approved model of HW using WUB
 Certificate deployment and management
 Manage Wi-Fi cert/Auth, Certs, Apps and Configuration items
 Group policy analyzer and implement GPO in Intune using XML
 Proof of Concept evaluations, configure and onboard new devices
 Coordinate with the major incident management team for effective problem management and root cause
analysis
 Identify and address system health and pain-points, provide remediation plan
 Recommend system enhancements, helping drive the future technology strategy and roadmap
 Vendor coordination, management, and escalation support (RMA Repairs and Returns) Skills:
 Team Player with demonstrated Leadership qualities
 Enterprise-class Architecture
 Escalated Support (L3/L4)
 Large Scale Deployments
 Vendor Management and coordination
 Full Lifecycle Management Minimum Qualifications:
 Experience with Intune MDM Devices
 Experience with Intune Hybrid and Cloud only solutions for Co management devices that are in SCCM as
well
 Experience with MFA (Windows Hello)
 PowerShell scripting Preferred Qualifications:
 Experience with device migration
 Experience with implementing Intune for customers of medium and large scale
 Experience Graph API and report building
 Relevant vendor and industry training and certifications
