Job Description
We are supporting our well-renowned SWF client in their search for a mid-senior management role in Digital Transformation & Technology Innovation. The role will primarily drive digital transformation strategy & initiatives across the group and its portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and steer the Group's Digital Transformation agenda, with a focus on advanced analytics, across the Group and it's portfolio companies (in various sectors).
  • Provide strategic and execution advisory and expert knowledge on Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI / ML.
  • Provide advisory support to the Group's Operating Companies (Board-level, CEO and CxO level, and Digital Leader and technical teams level) to deploy: (i) Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI / ML. (ii) Other supporting and adjacent digital technologies e.g., Cloud Infrastructure, Data platforms, Automation, IoT / OT.
  • Lead the set-up and roll-out of an AI Centre-of-Excellence (CoE)
  • Identify strategic opportunities to drive value creation for both Group level (portfolio-wide) and individual portfolio companies from Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, and AI / ML.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or other related field from a highly accredited University, with a preference for advanced degrees, and/or relevant technical qualifications.
  • 10+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Digital Strategy, Digital Transformation, and Technology or other related roles.
  • Strong understanding of a wide range of Advanced Analytics technologies and their business use-cases which must include a strong focus on Business Intelligence, AI / ML, and other forms of Advanced analytics, along with an understanding of Cloud, Data, Automation (software and/or hardware), IoT/ OT, Major Systems, Connectivity, and IT Infrastructure.
  • Experience using advanced analytics, AI, and ML to achieve business goals in organizations, creating data & AI strategies and roadmaps, and identifying main areas where the application of AI / ML can stimulate business growth.
  • Experience in developing Advanced Analytics strategies and execution plans, including clear alignment to the business strategy and an understanding of where business use-cases drive value through improving customer experience, enhancing commercial effectiveness, evolving operational efficiency, and creating new business models.
  • Experience of working across multiple sectors
  • Experience of leading and driving the execution of end-to-end Digital / Advanced Analytics initiatives, including delivery of multiple use-cases from conception through to POC and at-scale execution.
  • Excellent leadership skills, and ability to engage and influence senior leadership e.g., Board members, CEOs, senior-level executives, technology vendors.
  • Excellent presentation, influencing, and communication skills.

Requirements
