Job Description

Dinamico/a e orientato/a al futuro per guidare le strategie tecnologiche e di gestione delle informazioni, il/la IT & Digital Transformation Manager, riportando ai vertici aziendali, guiderà l'evoluzione digitale dell'organizzazione, sfruttando la tecnologia per ottimizzare i processi, migliorare le esperienze dei dipendenti e dei clienti e sostenere la continua crescita aziendale.

In particolare sarà responsabile di:

· Sviluppare ed implementare una strategia tecnologica completa in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali, promuovendo in particolare iniziative di Digital Integration & Development all'interno dell'organizzazione, sia in Italia che presso all'estero, al fine di migliorare l'efficienza operativa, l'agilità` e le esperienze dei clienti
· Creare sinergie interne all'organizzazione e collaborare attivamente con team interfunzionali, al fine di identificare aree in cui la tecnologia può migliorare i processi aziendali, ottimizzare le operazioni e creare vantaggi competitivi
· Individuare le tecnologie emergenti, valutarne il potenziale impatto e favorirne l'adozione
· Sovrintendere alla progettazione, implementazione e gestione di un'infrastruttura IT sicura, scalabile e robusta, che supporti le esigenze attuali e future dell'azienda
· Garantire la continuità` e lo sviluppo dello stack tecnologico aziendale, con particolare attenzione all'ERP, supervisionandone l'integrazione con altri sistemi aziendali
· Sviluppare strategie per la raccolta, l'archiviazione, l'elaborazione e l'analisi dei grandi volumi di dati aziendali al fine di ottenere informazioni significative per il business.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Informatica, Sistemi Informativi o un campo correlato; Inglese fluente.
  • Pluriennale esperienza come IT Manager/Digital Transformation Manager o comunque in un ruolo di leadership IT all'interno di un'organizzazione dinamica e innovativa. Sarà particolarmente apprezzata un'esperienza in ambito Digital Transformation & Development applicata ai processi aziendali, ed in particolare alla sfera commerciale e di gestione della Customer Relationship.
  • Solida conoscenza in ambito AI, Big Data, infrastruttura IT, sistemi ed applicazioni, incluse le soluzioni basate su cloud, la sicurezza informatica, la gestione dei dati e le tecnologie emergenti.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali, buona leadership e capacità di coinvolgere ed influenzare le parti interessate a tutti i livelli, unite a pensiero strategico e capacità` di allineare la tecnologia agli obiettivi aziendali completano il profilo.

Requirements
· At least 5 years' sales experience within architects and interior designers, in Central London · Sold premium / luxury design brands · Strong technical and commercial background · Direct experience of project sales · Managing sales process end to end · Experience of using a CRM system · Experience reading architectural/construction drawings and plans, would be a plus · Sold natural stones or wood design products, would be a plus · Experience presenting to customers · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Highly organised with excellent planning skills · Strong customer service skills · Team player · Strong computer literacy skills; Microsoft Office Packages and Oracle Netsuite or similar · Flexibility with working hours, to attend events/meetings · UK driving licence £60.000 Year + variable pay
