Job Description for Business Development (SAAS Sales):
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist in SaaS product to join our growing team Your main goal would be to create & identify rising business opportunities, manage the sales process & relationship with clients and help us to scale our product.
Responsibilities include:
Prospect new business opportunities for our HR Tech SaaS productContact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide;Arrange and lead product demonstrations;Develop quotes and proposals for clients;Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall process experience;Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics and new business leads;Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team;
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, other) or relevant experience;Tech & goal driven mindset;Business oriented, dynamic and eager to conquer the HR: tech world;Team player, critical thinking and awesome communication skillsPeople oriented It is imperative to control emotions and solve daily problems productively.Attention to detail and unlimited curiosity.
