We are looking to #hire a dedicated and hardworking individual for the position of Business Development Specialist based out of our Head office in Noida. :)

Your main goal will be to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You will also be responsible for solving questions in regard to the services provided by the company.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the clients and maintain healthy communication with them. You are required to understand the customer’s requirements and demands and close the sales deal efficiently. You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator with convincing abilities. Proficiency in English is a preferred requirement as some of our clients are based out of India. Great report writing skills, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in business development.

• Interacting with incoming leads and offering the company's services.

• Formulating customer information and other relevant data.

• Assist the marketing team to set up meetings & close deals over the phone.

• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.

• Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.

• Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.

• Taking and processing service orders in a professional manner.

• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, graduate or equivalent.

• Work experience as a Telecaller, telemarketer or a similar role in the CRM or Sales Department.

• Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.

• Great interpersonal skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Hard-working individual.

• Good experience in time management.

• Strong decision-making skills.

• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.

• Report directly to the marketing & sales head & top management.

Please Note:

• This is a full time job for which the candidate is required to report to our head office during working days.

• The candidate from Noida and Delhi would be preferred as it reduces travel time and costs.

- • The candidate must be willing to travel within Delhi NCR for meetings.
