Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting property tours, and closing sales. Additional responsibilities include negotiating and structuring deals, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or proptech industry
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Experience with client relationship management
- Results-driven mindset and ability to achieve sales targets
- Should be comfortable with field visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Gurugram is a plus
