Experience:
12+ years IT experience And 5+ years in architecture (preferably BFSI).

Work Timings:
10am - 7pm (6days a week)

Working Domain/Industry : 
BFSI

Qualification

  • BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MSc in CS, IT, ECE or related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Skills

  • Define/document KPIs & SLAs, build performance frameworks.
  • Full Stack development with focus on performance & low latency.
  • Debugging/profiling (Chrome Dev Tools, native profilers).
  • Strong knowledge of networking (OSI, TCP, DNS), browser rendering.
  • Distributed systems, fault tolerance, resiliency.
  • Microservices, APIs, databases (RDBMS/NoSQL), cloud native, monitoring & observability.
  • Hands-on with EA tools (Mega Hopex, ABACUS, Planview, Orbus iServer).
  • Strong communication & stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Assess current enterprise architecture & performance metrics.
  • Optimize application, database, infra, and cloud deployments (incl. cost optimization).
  • Performance monitoring, tuning, infra sizing, capacity planning.
  • Participate in incident management & RCA.
  • Use performance testing/APM tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter, Splunk, AppDynamics).
  • Integrate performance considerations into SDLC.
  • Develop long-term performance strategies, monitoring dashboards, best practices.
