As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting MSME loan products to small and medium enterprises (SMEs). You will play a critical role in identifying potential customers, understanding their financing needs, and providing tailored loan solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential SMEs for MSME loan products.
  • Promote and explain MSME loan offerings to business owners and entrepreneurs.
  • Meet with clients to assess financing needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements related to loan processing.
  • Stay updated on MSME market trends and provide feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in MSME loans, commercial banking, or financial products.
  • Understanding of MSME business challenges and financing needs is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend loan products.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and excellent at building customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of loan documentation and credit appraisal processes.

Compensation:

  • Salary: 20,000 40,000 per month plus an attractive commission based on sales performance.
  • Reimbursement of travel expenses as per company policy.

Work Environment:

  • Fieldwork-based role, interacting directly with SME business owners.
