Position - Senior Program Manager
Job Description:
Connecting Dreams Foundation (CDF) is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Program Manager . The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management, monitoring, and execution of our social impact projects, with a strong focus on quality management, reporting, partner engagement, and CSR proposal writing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Monitoring and Management : Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple projects to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
• Reporting and Documentation : Prepare detailed reports, maintain project documentation, and ensure accurate tracking of progress against goals.
• Quality Management : Ensure all projects meet CDF’s quality standards, continuously evaluating and improving processes.
• CSR Proposal Writing : Develop and write compelling proposals for CSR partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Partner Engagement : Build and manage relationships with stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and governmental bodies.
• Data Management : Establish and maintain systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on project-related data.
• Team Management and Capacity Building : Lead and mentor a diverse team, developing their skills and ensuring optimal team performance.
Qualifications and Experience :
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management and team leadership in the social sector.
• Strong understanding of CSR and experience in drafting proposals for corporate partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated capacity-building skills and team management experience.
