About the Role:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement pricing strategies and models based on market research, competitor analysis, and cost considerations- Identify opportunities for pricing improvements and optimization based on performance metrics and market feedback- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align pricing strategies with business objectives- Ensure all pricing practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements- Maintain accurate documentation of pricing models, strategies and decisions- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market demand, and competitive pricing and accordingly provide actionable recommendations based on analysis and findings

What are we looking for?

- Minimum bachelor/ graduate/ diploma in any relevant field- 1-3 years of relevant work experience- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills- Strong understanding of air freight operations, pricing strategies, and market dynamics- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Ownership: Focused on long-term thinking and taking responsibility to deliver on a timely and efficient manner, never saying ‘It’s not my job’- Bias for Action: Ability to move fast with both internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with good organizational skills- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines; adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution
