Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our field sales team and market our SaaS platform in the real

estate niche.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to motivate and coach a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Preferred)Proven track record of success in field sales managementStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.Willingness to travel as needed.
