The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth. Responsibilities : - 1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base. 2. Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. 3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers. 4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 5. Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit control. 6. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. 7. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional campaigns and new products. 8. Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to gather feedback and improve sales strategies. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 10. Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team. Requirements : - 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry. 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth. 4.
