Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Centre Head. The Centre Head will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of our educational institution, ensuring smooth functioning across various administrative and educational processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Assistant Staff Supervision & ReportingFollow up and verify completion of all tasks assigned to Assistant Staff.Maintain and update daily Work Report and To-Do List.2. Enquiry HandlingProvide course and admission-related information to walk-ins, parents, and students.Fill out hard-copy Enquiry Forms and follow up with demo lecture attendees.3. Admissions ManagementAssist with admission process including:Filling of hard-copy enrolment formsPunching admission data into Arihant Edge AppCreating and explaining Fee Instalment Structure to parents4. Promotion & Data CallingConduct data calling for seminars, webinars, or promotional events.Post promotional material on:Social MediaWhats App Student GroupsTrack responses, follow-up, and update excel sheets accordingly.5. Fees Collection MonitoringEnsure Weekly & Monthly Fee Collection Targets are met through tracking and team coordination.6. Exam Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate with Exam Head for:Preparation and delivery of Question Papers and Answer SheetsManage:Exam Schedules (Shift-wise)Absent CallingSupervisor Scheduling & AvailabilityMarks Entry on Arihant Edge AppSMS Notification for marks7. Academic Performance AnalysisConduct and share:Weekly Marks AnalysisMonday Question Paper Analysis with subject facultyInteract with parents of Top 5 and Bottom 5 students:Share academic progress and performance gapsCompare scores of online vs. offline exams8. Counselling CoordinationSchedule counselling sessions in coordination with the Centre Head and available staff.Ensure counselling execution for student progress and parent engagement.9. Student & Parent InteractionAddress concerns related to:College ExamsLecture Time-TableSyllabus Completion (Shift-wise)Liaise with management for issue resolution.Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any discipline (Education/Administration background preferred)Strong organizational and coordination skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationProficient in MS Office and familiarity with student management software (e.g. Arihant Edge App)Ability to multitask and meet deadlinesCandidates can send their updated CV on / or Email on Company Description:Arihant Academy is Mumbai’s premier coaching institute for SSC, ICSE, CBSE, Science and Commerce.
