The person will be responsible for driving growth across centers, strengthening the brand's digital and offline presence, and creating impactful campaigns that connect with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient engagement.- Lead digital marketing, content, SEO, social media, and performance marketing efforts.- Plan offline marketing campaigns and other channels to increase the leads.- Plan and oversee campaigns for new center launches, events, and partnerships.- Build and manage relationships with agencies, media, and external vendors.- Monitor market trends, competition, and patient feedback to refine strategies.- Collaborate with management, doctors, and clinical teams to align marketing with business goals.- Create impactful storytelling and brand communication that reflects the center's values of care and trust.- Lead and mentor the marketing team for high performance and creative output.- Track and report ROI of campaigns across digital and offline channels.Required Skills & Experience:- 8-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service-driven industries.- Proven record in brand building, lead generation, and digital growth.- Strong understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and paid media.- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.- Ability to blend strategy with hands-on execution.- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.Why Join UsAt Jagruti Rehab Center, you'll lead marketing for a brand that makes a real difference in people's lives.
