As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing and Growth Manager to join our team.


Job Summary

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth, foster relationships with key partners, and expand our market presence in the skincare and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty e-commerce marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving growth targets.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, revenue, and growth on different beauty e-commerce platforms like Tira beauty, Nykaa, etc.
  • Market Research & CI analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage beauty e-commerce platforms marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, events, and digital advertising.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and achieve growth targets.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for setting monthly beauty e-commerce platforms sales targets & managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Partnership Development: Onboard, build and maintain strong relationships with all beauty e-commerce partners to expand market reach.


Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in marketing, preferably within the skincare, beauty industry.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
