In this role, you will be pivotal in generating sales and driving the growth of our app development and technical consulting services. Your responsibilities will include:


Role Description

  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and identify decision-makers a nd create new business opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Deliver compelling pitches to generate interest in our services, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our app development and technical consulting solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring a seamless handoff for further engagement.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system, ensuring effective tracking and follow-up.


Who You Are:

  • Sales Enthusiast: Passionate about sales and driven to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Proactive and Persistent: Takes initiative and doesn’t get discouraged easily.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales software and CRM systems.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in IT Sales, exposure to international markets, or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Familiarity with Sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo) is a plus.
  • Must be based in Noida or willing to relocate immediately.


This role is designed for a proactive and results-oriented individual, committed to driving sales and fostering client relationships.
