Job Description

Testbook is looking for a Growth Intern who will be responsible for the growth of Testbook’s E-commerce products i.e., Catalog of SmartBook & Performance Marketing Ops. This is a high impact and high growth role where the ideal candidate will own the Strategy, GTM and execution of Next Generation SmartBook’s Marketing initiatives. This will involve managing multiple Marketing channels like Internal (Push, Email, Banners, In-app, etc), Influencer Marketing, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Social Media, Performance Marketing  etc.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Completed or in Final Year of a Bachelor's degree (Tech background CS/IT/ETC or B-Tech. is preferred but not mandatory)

  • Should have basic Marketing knowledge (Funnels, attribution, KPI etc)

  • Understanding of various marketing channels like Retention/Referral/Influencer.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)

  • Participate actively in execution tasks, from setting up campaigns to testing new features.

  • Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in growth marketing.

  • Scale Referral Marketing & New Projects (Like the Campus Ambassador Program) by optimizing the AIDA Model framework.

  • Must have an understanding of Community Management & ready to grow a community from scratch.

  • Will be Responsible for the growth of New Products/Test Series.

  • Strong coordination and negotiation skills (Coordination with multiple internal/external stakeholders for partnership)

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align growth efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement & Growth.

  • Must be a quick learner - Technology driven.

  • Willingness to get hands dirty and take on diverse tasks.

  • Prior experience or coursework in marketing, campaign management, or user engagement is a plus.

  • Must be willing to make a career in marketing and growth.

  • Potential for full-time employment based on performance.
