Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic sales training programs that align with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and subject matter experts to develop high-impact training content and methodologies.
  • Lead and facilitate sales training sessions, including workshops, role-plays, and real-world simulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics, assessments, and participant feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records, training reports, and dashboards to track sales team development and performance improvement.
  • Leverage technology, digital learning tools, and e-learning platforms to enhance training efficiency.
  • Stay updated with BFSI industry trends, sales innovations, and evolving customer engagement strategies.
  • Coach and mentor sales professionals at different levels to improve sales effectiveness and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with HR and sales leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning and development.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales training, learning & development, or sales enablement, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, coaching, and facilitation.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), training software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with digital learning solutions, gamification, and blended learning approaches is a plus.
