Role Summary:We are looking for

Backend Developers

with

6–9 years of experience

in designing, building, and maintaining backend systems, particularly using

Java

and

Spring Boot

frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering reliable and scalable software solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain backend systems using

Java ,

Spring , and

Spring Boot .Design and implement

RESTful APIs

and contribute to

microservices architecture .Write and maintain

unit tests

to ensure code quality and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and QA, to deliver robust software solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve

production issues , ensuring minimal downtime and optimized performance.Optimize backend systems for scalability, security, and performance.Contribute to code reviews, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Key Requirements:Proficiency in Java

and backend development with

Spring Boot

and

Spring frameworks .Experience in designing and implementing

RESTful APIs

and

microservices architecture .Strong knowledge of

debugging tools

and ability to troubleshoot production issues.Familiarity with

unit testing frameworks

like JUnit and Mockito.Experience with

databases

(SQL/NoSQL) and knowledge of query optimization.Exposure to

CI/CD pipelines

and version control systems like Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with

cloud platforms

like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Knowledge of

containerization tools

like Docker and Kubernetes.Exposure to logging and monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Splunk, or Prometheus.Experience with caching mechanisms such as Redis or Memcached.
