Job Description:
Our client is seeking dynamic and driven B2C Sales Professionals with expertise in Enterprise Sales across India and Southeast Asia to join our rapidly growing conferences business.
Are you ready to launch your career in a role that blends innovation, global impact, and high-level business engagement? Join our dynamic team as a B2C Enterprise Sales Manager , where you'll play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our globally recognized conferences business.
Responsibilities:
Sales Execution: Drive B2C and enterprise-level sales for our globally expanding conferences. Identify and connect with decision-makers and top leaders to close high-value deals. Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Market Expansion: Leverage insights to penetrate new markets and contribute to our global growth strategy. Build relationships with key stakeholders across industries and regions.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our conference offerings and effectively position them to potential clients. Work closely with the product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product innovations.
Client Engagement: Engage directly with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Provide outstanding customer service to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2C/Enterprise sales in the space of conferences and event ticket sales.
Consistent goal achievement in highly competitive environment (top performer)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for global business, conferences, and engaging with top industry leaders.
Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management
