Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef at Mitti - Organic. Fresh. Desi. located in Indore. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. They will lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional dining experiences for customers. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, managing inventory and costs, and collaborating with management to develop new menu items and concepts.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
Expertise in Indian cuisine and vegetarian cooking
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to create and execute innovative and delicious menu items
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Creativity and passion for creating organic and healthy dishes
Culinary degree or equivalent qualification
Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant is a plus
