Job Title : Senior Manager – HR Operations

Work Location : Bangalore -Hybrid

Reports to : VP HR (Dotted line to AD – HRBP)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as the Senior Manager of HR Operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our human resources operations and technology systems to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • HR operations management
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and transitions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
  • Manage HR data and analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and support decision-making.
  • Streamline HR workflows and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
  • Support organization leadership for all key people processes & initiatives at Global level.


  • HR Technology
  • Lead the selection, implementation, upgradation, and maintenance of HR technology systems not just limited to HRMS, ATS, R&R, L&D and performance management tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to integrate HR systems with other business systems and ensure data accuracy and security.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members and employees on HR technology systems and processes.
  • Stay informed about emerging HR technology trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of our systems.


  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Supervise and mentor a team of HR operations and technology team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Collaborate with Organization leadership, HR business partners, talent acquisition team, and other stakeholders to align HR operations and technology initiatives with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the HR operations and technology team.

Qualification:

  • Any master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience in HR operations and HR technology roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Experience managing HR technology systems, including implementation, integration, and optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR Analytics, Excel, Power point, Power BI, automation (any - HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms).
