About the Team

The Marketing and Growth team at Navi drives user acquisition and retention by building a strong brand presence and executing data-driven campaigns. They work cross-functionally with business, product, and analytics teams to expand the customer base and increase revenue. The team drives growth through targeted messaging, performance marketing, strategic partnerships, effective use of social media, impactful brand campaigns, and storytelling to build loyalty.

About the Role

This role is a dynamic opportunity to lead and grow the brand's social media presence and influencer ecosystem. It combines creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and community building. With a focus on impactful content and authentic influencer collaborations, the role plays a key part in shaping the brand's digital identity and connecting meaningfully with audiences.

What We Expect From You

  • Scale the brand's social media channels by crafting and ideating strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and reach .
  • Ideate and script engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and appeals to the target audience.
  • Participate in video content creation, bringing authenticity and personality to the brand's social media presence.
  • Plan and launch social media campaigns that drive marketing objectives, including product promotions and brand storytelling.
  • Analyse and track the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics to drive insights and improvements, and apply learnings to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a unified brand message across all channels.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify the brand's message and reach.
  • Work with influencer agencies to create and manage campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences.
  • Create detailed briefs for influencers, ensuring content consistency and quality.

Must Haves

  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling social media channels successfully in previous roles.
  • Proven ability to ideate, script, and produce engaging social media content, including video.
  • Experience in identifying, engaging , and managing relationships with influencers and influencer agencies.
  • Innovative and creative approach to content creation and campaign management.
