Job Overview The Techgalore is seeking a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Developer to join our team on a contractual basis. The role is remote based. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript and Open Commerce API (OCAPI) as mandatory skills. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, particularly Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Mandatory skill). Strong expertise in JavaScript for developing custom solutions (Mandatory skill). Experience with Open Commerce API (OCAPI) integrations for seamless backend communication (Mandatory skill). Knowledge of SiteGenesis to optimize and refine existing implementations. Hands-on experience with Demandware Script for scripting custom business logic. Skilled in using ISML Templates to design and develop dynamic e-commerce pages. Familiarity with Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) to devise scalable storefront solutions. Understanding of Apex Programming for robust Salesforce application development. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, ensuring high performance. Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives. Implement custom features by leveraging JavaScript, Demandware Script, and Open Commerce API (OCAPI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and craft digital solutions using Salesforce best practices. Optimize existing applications ensuring security compliance and best user experience. Mentor junior developers, offering guidance and recommendations to improve technical capabilities. Stay updated with Salesforce and commerce cloud development trends and integrate new features into existing systems. Conduct code reviews and enforce quality coding practices across the team.
