Job Title: Head of SFCC Delivery & Enablement

We building our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) capabilities and are looking for a strategic leader to establish and grow this practice.

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to head our SFCC Technology Practice. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing best practices for SFCC across multiple accounts, ensuring consistency and excellence in our delivery. The ideal candidate will be one of the top SFCC thought leaders in India, with a deep understanding of SFCC implementation, operations, including SFRA and PWAkit implementations. They will also have experience converting to or from SFCC and other e-comm platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a roadmap for Photons SFCC capability growth, including hiring, training, and partnerships.
• Oversee large-scale SFCC programs, ensuring alignment with client business goals and Photons delivery standards.
• Act as escalation point for critical delivery issues across SFCC engagements.
• Partner with account teams to identify SFCC opportunities and support pre-sales efforts.
• Develop, document, and implement best practices for SFCC implementation, operations, and conversions to/from other platforms.
• Lead the development of internal operation and engagement models for SFCC to ensure client success.
• Collaborate with senior technology leaders within our customer base to communicate strategies and practices effectively.
• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership across multiple SFCC accounts.
• Develop a team of highly competent SFCC developers and other roles as needed to implement SFCC
• Mentor and guide SFCC developers to elevate their technical skills and knowledge.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for SFCC engagements and practice maturity.
• Guide and develop SFCC talent within PhotonStay updated with the latest SFCC trends and technologies to ensure our practices are cutting-edge.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 10 years or above of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) development and architecture.
• At least 10+ years of developing complex applications
• Previous roles such as SFCC Developer, Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, and similar SFCC-related positions
• Proven track record of successful SFCC implementations, including SFRA and PWAkit projects.
• Experience with other ecommerce tools, such as Commerce Tools, Magento, ShopifyPro is a plus
• Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
• Experience in engaging with senior technology leaders and stakeholders.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree can be a plus.
• Advanced courses in eCommerce, cloud computing, and software development.
• Preference for candidates who have participated in workshops, webinars, and conferences related to SFCC and digital commerce, especially those who have been speakers or panelists.
