  • Should be ableto mentor team of SME Engineers working on different IT domainsresponsible for delivering IT Infrastructure services.
  • Should have experience in leading technicaltransitions/projects solutioning data center consolidations largescale enterprise systems integration IT Strategy and Management ITTransformations Cloud Architecture and migrations.
  • Working with Service Delivery and Engineering teams toprovide support as needed to clarify service expectations includingproviding diagrams verbal explanation and writtendocumentation.
  • Should be able to communicate& present solutions to respective stakeholders & seniorleadership.
  • Managing host environmentinclusive of web servers VMWare HyperV Horizon VDI Citrix VirtualDesktop Infrastructure database servers etc. to ensure apt tuningplus capacity
  • Experience in managing ActiveDirectory DNS DFS DHCP & Microsoft 365.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in managing Windows/Linuxservers performance issues & health checks.
  • Strong administration & troubleshooting skills on SSOOkta Microsoft MFA.
  • Experience in patching& updating windows OS environment using SCCM & WSUSservers.
  • Strong understanding of Datacenterarchitecture Virtualization Storage Network links LAN/WAN routersswitches & interfaces.
  • Should haveunderstanding of BCP & DR solutions.

Knowledge & focused on automation of services usingtools like chef puppet ansible.

Management ofmonitoring tools like SolarWinds Nagios Datadog to monitor ITInfrastructure & services.

Do resourceplanning as per scope of work

Administrationknowledge on Cloud models like Azure & AWS.

Strong understanding in ITIL Processes i.e.Incident/Problem/Change/Event Management

Workwith management stakeholders for OPEX & CAPEX budgeting offinancial years.

Consistent track record inbringing in innovative ideas and its implementation to improve theoverall effectiveness of IT Operations.

Advanced proficiency with MS Office Tools Service NowReporting

Good communication &interpersonal skills.

Skill Set Tools: WindowsOSActive Directory VMWare VDI SCCM OKTA MFAM365 SolarWinds NagiosDatabases Linux OS RHEL/Ubuntu/Debian VMWare & HyperV BudgetingMentoring.
