About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee small-scale app development projects from concept to launch. This role involves coordinating between design, development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple lightweight projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end app development lifecycle for small to mid-sized applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and assign them to development resources. Run daily or weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress review meetings. Track project progress and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Identify risks, issues, and blockers; proactively resolve or escalate them. Maintain clear communication between business team, designers, developers, and QA. Manage documentation such as requirement specs, user stories, project plans, and status reports. Coordinate testing, bug tracking, and release planning. Ensure smooth handover to client, support, or operations teams after go-live. Required Skills & Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in software or app development. Strong understanding of mobile/web app development lifecycle. Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.Com, ClickUp). Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Ability to translate technical details into simple business language. Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. Basic understanding of UI/UX, APIs, QA processes, and app release cycles (nice to have). Preferred Qualifications (Optional) PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification. Experience managing offshore or distributed development teams. Background in startups, SaaS products, or small technology projects. Success Indicators Projects delivered on time and within scope. Clear communication and alignment across teams. High-quality app releases with minimal post-launch issues. Positive stakeholder and user feedback.
