The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be capable of handling both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and hold a valid project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent).Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation to deliveryCommunicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels — both technical and non-technicalCollaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and product teams to ensure timely deliveryCreate detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reportsIdentify and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocksEnsure projects align with business goals and quality standardsManage resource allocation and team coordination efficientlyRequirements:4+ years of experience in technical project managementProven track record of delivering software or IT projects on time and within scopeStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate technical details into clear business languageExperience with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is mandatoryPreferred Skills:Background in software development or IT servicesExperience working with distributed or remote teamsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project methodologies
