We're now looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our team and lead critical client projects across domains like Data, AI, and CRM.Role Summary:As a Project Manager, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and internal technical teams. You will be responsible for driving conversations with clients, prioritising tasks for teams, identifying improvement areas in ongoing solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Lead client communication, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, updates, and deliverablesDrive project discovery, scoping, and execution for data analytics, AI, CRM, and digital transformation projectsTranslate client needs into actionable plans for technical teamsProactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure timely deliveryPrioritize and assign tasks, ensuring team alignment and accountabilityReview solution designs and suggest optimizations based on industry best practicesMaintain project documentation, status updates, and reporting dashboardsDrive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback, metrics, and team retrospectivesWhat You'll Bring:2-5 years of program or project management experience in tech consulting or product teamsExperience in Data Analytics, AI/ML, and CRM platforms (like Zoho, Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.)Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to understand technical concepts and contribute to solution discussionsExceptional prioritization, time management, and team coordination capabilitiesFamiliarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Zoho Projects)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or product management is a plusBachelor's degree required; Master's or Ph D in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred
